Our client, a leading corporate travel company are recruiting for an experiencedLearning and Development Executive to join them.
With a focus on corporate travel, the Travel Learning and Development Executive will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering company training programmes that will improve and develop the knowledge, skills, and performance of Travel Consultants.
To be considered, candidates must have Amadeus or Galileo knowledge with good fares and ticketing knowledge.
Our client will also consider candidates who are experienced Business Travel Consultats are looking to move into a training role.
This role is offered on a hybrid basis - Central London
Travel Learning and Development Executive Duties:
Assessing training and development needs through performance needs and deliver training in conjunction with company strategy and revenue goals.
Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and opportunities for improvement across the business.
Develop engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and training guides.
Support new Travel Consultant onboarding process and provide full onboarding training support.
Measure the effectiveness of training programmes using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Prepare reports on training outcomes and provide suggestions for improvement.
Travel Learning and Development Executive Experience Required:
Previous experience in a learning and development role gained within corporate travel
Working knowledge of either Amadeus or Galileo is essential
Must have good knwoledge of flights, fares, re-issues, PNR's etc
Proficiency with Learning Management Systems.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e-learning software
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Base Salary to £33,000 based on experience
