Due to growth, they are now seeking a service led Sales Manager for the Africa Travel team. This is a new role solely focused on sales performance management and reporting directly to the head of department and creating and nurturing a safe and inclusive environment developing the sales team's individual skills and enabling them to perform at their best. Candidates are required to possess previous travel managerial experience working with a luxury product with a passion and interest in travel. Our client has created an inclusive and diverse working environment and will provide training for the successful candidate as well implementing a structured career growth plan. This is a hybrid role with the office based in London.

Our client, a luxury a luxury cruise specialist, is a customer service focused cruise consultant who has the experience of dealing with top end discerning clients. They are an award-winning cruise operator selling some of the world's most luxurious cruise operators and have a reputation for delivering excellence. The role involves dealing with cruise travel requests and making bookings from both new and repeat clients. Candidates must have previous reservations and customer service skills gained within the travel industry selling a luxury travel product with a focus on attention to detail whilst working under pressure. Monday to Friday working hours, one Saturday per month. No Sundays or Bank Holidays. This role is offered on a hybrid basis - Central London
