Candidates must have previous experience within the travel industry in a similar role although my client will also consider travel and tourism graduates or candidates who have travel qualifications seeking the opportunity to develop their career within the travel industry. Their product range features flights, hotels, worldwide tours, cruises featuring bespoke and multi centre itineraries. Due to growth, they are now recruiting for Travel Reservations Consultants to join their team who will be responsible for delivering high-quality sales and service support to customers. The role includes handling new and existing reservations, ensuring customers receive accurate advice, efficient booking management, and an excellent end-to-end travel experience while meeting individual and team sales targets. To be considered, candidates must have previous travel experience ideally with knowledge of a major GDS. The working hours are between Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, occasional Saturdays, no Sundays or Bank Holidays. This role is offered on a hybrid basis with the office based in South West London

They are now recruiting for an experienced Travel Ticketing Manager to join their team who will be responsible for delivering high-quality sales and service support to customers. This is a pivotal role with  the Travel Ticketing Manager being responsible for day to day management of the ticketing team, as well as building relationships with GDS providers, and driving  the aviation business forward. The role will involve liaising with existing customers, reservations and airlines. Candidates must have previous ticketing management experience with working knowledge of either Amadeus or Galileo. This role is offered on a hybrid basis - South West London.
