This is a pivotal role for the company and applicants must have previous operations management experience gained in the travel industry within a tour operator, this is essential. They are now seeking experienced Luxury Travel Consultants who are fluent Flemish and Dutch speakers with proven experience gained within the travel industry working with discerning clients, creating bespoke high end travel itineraries to both short and long-haul destinations. This role can be Hybrid/London or fully remotely based anywhere in the UK. The role requires flexibility to work shifts and as well as weekend work.

This is a key appointment with  the Head of Sales being responsible for managing and leading a team of experienced sales consultants whilst working closely with the Managing Director and leadership team. To be considered, candidates must have previous Team Manager experienced within the travel industry with a proven record of accomplishment in managing and motivating teams to meet growth and revenue targets being now ready to step into Head of Sales role.
