My client is a luxury niche tour operator who specialise in escorted tours for an affluent and discerning clientele. Due to expansion, they are now seeking a Travel Customer Experience Consultant to join the team. This role is working within the Customer Experience team in conjunction with the sales and product teams. Previous travel experience is required in a similar role handing complaintes is essential. The role is offered on a hybrid basis working Monday to Friday, 9-5.30 with no weekends.
