My client is a luxury niche tour operator who specialise in escorted tours for an affluent and discerning clientele. Due to expansion, they are now seeking a Travel Customer Experience Consultant to join the team. This role is working within the Customer Experience team in conjunction with the sales and product teams. Previous travel experience is required in a similar role handing complaintes is essential. The role is offered on a hybrid basis working Monday to Friday, 9-5.30 with no weekends.

Or perhaps yu work within hospitality and would like a career change into Travel? We are recruiting a Portuguese speaker within an operational role. AND our client has a dedicated team that deal with the emergency phones, so you do not have too! You will be responsible for booking, supporting tours throughout Europe and UK and work closely with your suppliers. This is a office based position, Monday to Friday ONLY

They are now seeking to recruit an experienced Travel Sales Consultant to join their team who have extensive travel sales experience with an interest in health, wellbeing, yoga, spa treatments. Candidates must have the ability to deal with a booking from enquiry through to final documentation. Presentation, communication (verbal and written), attention to detail, sales skills and destination knowledge are very important to their clients. Our client will also candidates who would like 4 days per week This role is offered on a fully remote within the UK

Due to growth and expansion, they are now recruiting for an experienced a detail-oriented and customer-focused Flights Coordinator to their team. The Flights Coordinator will be responsible for  managing and booking all air travel for their clients participating in escorted group tours ensuring a seamless and cost-effective flight arrangements, offering the best possible customer service. To be considered, candidates must have previous travel industry experience in booking flights with knowledge of a major GDS preferably Amadeus. This role is offered on a hybrid basis -Central London or fully remote within the UK.
