Group Operations German speaker (AR0760)

Our client is one of the UK's leading inbound Tour operators.

This a pivotal role and previous group reservations experience within Travel and fluency in German is essential.

This role is offered on a hybrid basis or fully remote within the UK

Group Reservations Specialist Fluent German Speaker Responsibilities:

• Dealing with new bookings which can vary between leisure and luxury
• Looking after all aspect of group from beginning till the end
• Being the main point of contact for new and existing clients
• Ensure all offers are sent out in the company's standard format and entered correctly into the operational system.
• Prepare and submit relevant documents to both clients and suppliers in a timely and accurate manner
• Book & negotiate services in accordance with the itineraries with best rate and conditions (e.g. hotels, coaches, guides, restaurants, entrances etc.)

Group Reservations Specialist Fluent German Speaker Experience Required:

• Previous groups reservations experience is essential
• Fluency in German to native level is essential
• Exceptional Customer Service skills, looking to always exceed expectations
• Ability to manage own workload
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a busy, fast paced environment

Group Reservations Specialist Fluent German Speaker Salary and Benefits:

• Base Salary to £35,000 depending on experience
• 25 days annual leave + BH
• Hybrid - London or fully remote within the UK
• Working from abroad policy
