They are known for their outstanding service and how they look after their staff.
As a Travel Sales Support Executive, you will assist and support a growing and dynamic sales team.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced applicant within a Tour Operator / DMC working within travel sales / quotations or operations!
This is a Hybrid position based in Central London
As a Sales Support Executive you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:
- Creating, amending and sending Quotes requests.
- Developing and maintaining client relations.
- Preparing and sending out offers and follow up with customers to win business.
- Managing and developing client relationships.
- Checking and maintaining hotel options and deadlines.
- Active involvement in operational aspects as required.
- Assisting accounts department with any credit control queries.
- Supporting Operations during peak season.
Skills our client is seeking :
- Experience in Tour Operation or Travel Agency Sales
- Customer oriented approach
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Fluent written and verbal English
- Be competent on Excel, Word and Power point.
