Senior Cruise Sales Consultant (AR0454)

My client is a well-established award winning, fully ATOL bonded luxury tour operator who specialise in long haul luxury holidays.

They have recently launched a dedicated cruise department and are now seeking to employ a Senior Cruise Sales Consultant to sell their cruise product.

The candidate must have previous cruise experience and knowledge, this is essential.

This is a great opportunity and grow and develop their cruise product and in the long term build a sales team dedicated to selling cruises.

This role is offered on a hybrid basis, part remote and part office - Central London.

Senior Cruise Sales Consultant Responsibilities

Lead and manage all cruise booking reservations and customer administration.

Build and develop a dedicated and high performing cruise sales team

Deliver exceptional service standards, as the team grows, you will be responsible for implementing strategy to improve service & customer satisfaction.

Work with Marketing department to ensure Cruise Product is promoted on website and relevant marketing channels.

Keep up to date with the latest industry/competitor developments to ensure they remain ahead of competitors.

Senior Cruise Sales Consultant Experience Required

Extensive knowledge and experience of Ocean & River Cruising.

Extensive experience in a Cruise Sales role within the travel industry selling a wide range of cruise suppliers.

Ambitious with a desire to take ownership of the entire Cruise department.

A strong fundamental understanding of business KPIs, the ability to demonstrate strategic capability.

Tenacious and determined mindset with the ability to work well under pressure.

Senior Cruise Sales Consultant Salary and Benefits

Base salary to 45,000 + Uncapped Commission
