Travel Content Marketing and Copywriter (AR0839)

Our client is a niche tour operator who are specialists in bespoke expedition cruises within the polar regions.

They offer bespoke small ship expeditions or private expeditions which are aimed at explorers.

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced content marketing and copywriter to join the team.

The Travel Content Marketing Copywriter will be responsible for managing web content and writing engaging content for both the website, email campaigns, brochures and travel guides.

Previous copy writing experience working with a luxury product in a commercial environment is essential

This role is offered on a full remote basis within the UK, Portugal or Spain.

Our client is also open to freelancers on a 6 month contract.

Travel Content and Marketing Copywriter Responsibilities Include:

Improve and refine existing content for the new website to ensure it aligns with the brand voice and engages visitors.

Craft compelling editorial content for blog posts, newsletters, and email marketing campaigns.

Write clear, persuasive copy for products, emails, brochures, instructional or travel guides, joining instructions for both B2C and B2B trade partners

Develop and execute newsletters and email marketing campaigns from conception to completion, including the creation of graphics

Proof read various types of content, including 'expedition journals' for guests, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Travel Content Marketing Copywriter Experience Required:

Previous experience within a copywriting role working with a niche luxury product is essential

Proven ability to write clear, engaging, and persuasive content tailored to various audiences and platforms.

Strong visual awareness with a good eye for design and layout.

A meticulous approach to proofreading and editing, ensuring all content is error-free and polished.

Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience in optimising content for search engines.

Travel Content Marketing Copywriter Salary and Benefits

Base Salary from £30,000 to £32,000 depending in experience

Freelancers who would commit to a 6-month contract will also be considered
